THE GERMAN BUDGET.
(Received Jan. 24. 10.20 a.m.) COPENHAGEN, Jan. 23. The German Imperial Budget for the year ending next March does not contain military or naval expenditure. This is paid by war loans. The expenses appearing m the budget will thus be 1100 millions below 1915. Intr< ost on loans is entered at two milliard marks.
