SWEDEN SAVING MONEY.
(Received Jan. 24, 10.20 a.m.) COPENHAGEN. Jan. 23. The Swedish blue book shows that a Scandinavian Convoy Conference m February failed owing to Britain's objection to convoys m British territorial waters. Sweden, however, issued convoy 'regulations, and will be enforcing them m the' Baltic probably m the autumn. Sweden's economic situation is described as good. The savings bank deposits m 1915 were twenty-nine million kroner above 1914.
