BRIDGE DYNAMITER ARRESTED.
A GERMAN PLOT FRUSTRATED
(Received February 6, 8.40 a.m.) VANCOUVER, Feb. 5. Vanhorne, a German^ has been arrested for attempting to dynamite the Saint Crpix river bridge. He informed the police that all the arrangements had been made by Germany, who paid him for the job. The object was to stop British supplies passing over the bridge.
