TRAVELERS ILL-TREATED.

(Received Feb. 6, 8.30 a.m.) LONDON, Feb. 5. A Copenhagen correspondent reports that travellers who have returned from Germany loudly complain of ill-treatment by the police. Tourist communication has been stopped. A lady unprovided with a new passport was arrested and undressed: The police discovered innn cent letters hidden in her garments, and she was sent to the custody of the military guards.
