GRAND DUCHESS AS NURSE
(London Times and Sydney Sun Services.) (Received Sept. 23, 8.30 a.m.) PETROGRAD, Sept. 23. The Grand Duchess Olga, sister oi the Czar, has joined the Red Cross, j concealing her identity. An officer, recognising her, requested permission to kiss her hand. The Grand Duchess Olga placed a finger to his lips and commanded him to address her simply as a sister.
