On the application' of the Railway Employees and Locomotive Engine- ' driver's' Associations, Mr Justice Heydon cancelled the registration of the Transport Workers' Federation, declaring 'that it ' was obtained by methods which deceived the Registrar. The registration wna obtained by what amounted to misrepresentation, and could not stand.
