♦ (Press Assn. — By Telegraph— Copyright.) ST. PETERSBURG, Jan. 23. "Red Sunday" anniversary Avas quiet throughout Russia, owing to a display of military force. The Governor of St. Petersfiurg declared that he would quell why demonstration without mercy, and lire -without warniug. A congrens of marshals and nobility of Moscow appointed a deputation to urge the Czar to accelerate the date of the Duma's meeting, and to postpone all agrarian legislation until then. Since the beginning of December the police discovered m the chief Russian cities eight laboratories of bomb factories, 258 unfilled bombs, large quantities of powder, dynamite and cartridge!, three English machine guns, aud other arms.
