MILITARY PREPARATIONS. Electric Telegraph-Copyrisjlit-United Press Association. London, Feb. 25. Router's Calcutta correspondent telegraphs hinting that owing to the Russian attitude at Kushk, India has prepared certain military schemes, which remain a secret. The Ameer's relations with India are excellent.
