FAST ATLANTIC SERVICE.
Ottawa, Nov. 1. The Canadian Government have virtually concluded a contract with the Beaver line of steamships for. a weekly mail service between Liverpool and St. John's, New Brunswick, in the winter months, and with Montreal as a port of call in the summer.
