Big Fire at Te Aroha.

Atjckland, today. A fire at Te Aroha destroyed the properties occupied by J. Woods, butcher, F. Tonge, draper, R. Brennan, shoemaker, M. A. Schultze (Club Hotel), Mrs Kenny (Park Boarding-house), Calders, fruiterer, Waters, draper, S. Bygrave, fruiterer, V. Batten, wa.tehmaker, and Barber, bootmaker. All were burned to the ground. The following are some of the insurances : Norwich Union £50, United £350, North German £151. The New Zealand lusurance Company is the heaviest loser. Their risk is estimated at about £2000.
