THE BALKAN TROUBLE.
Constantinople, Jan. 29. A squadron composed of several war ships from the navies of each of the Great Powers is being arranged and will shortly assemble off the coast of Greece. Vienna, Jan. 29. The delegates appointed to arrange for peace between Servia and Bulgaria left Constantinople to-day for Bucharest, the capital of Roumania.
