THE WAITARA FREEZING WORKS.
New Plymouth, Sept. 23. The directors of the Waitara Freezing Works hive decided to sell the works to a syndicate for £3OOO, which represents the liability of the company , to the guarantors and a small account ft to shareholders, who forego all the share money invested. The syndicate propose to float a company with a capital of £20,000 in £IOO shares, and re-ope > the works with new machinery and additional buildings.
