A MYSTERIOUS MURDER.

Melbourne, Sept. 23. The body of a man not. yet identified has been found in a creek at Stratkmerton, sown up in bagging. The skull was smashed, aud there were several stabs in the neck of the deceased. The police are satisfied that the body found in Yankee Creek is the remains of Frederick Wilson, who, it is supposed committed suicide by placing dynamite and tin slugs in his mouth, September 24, The body found in a sack at Strathmerton has been identified as that of a man named Matthews. He was recently employed at Kilmore. A man named Jackson, found lying on the road near Kimore in a dazed condition, has been arrested on suspicion.
