CANTON ISLAND
TO HAVE WIRELESS STATION. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. SUVA, August 27. H.M.S. Leith sailed for Canton Island at 7.30 p.m. yesterday with two wireless officers on board. She also carried building material and wireless equipment for the establishment of a station. (At Canton Island New Zealand ar.d American scientific expeditions recently recorded uh i eclipse of the sun.)
