PASSENGER'S DEPORTATION. United Press Assn.—By Electric T eleg r aph—Co py right. LONDON, January 30. WTien the Hamburg-bound United States liner President Roosevelt called at Plymouth from New York, a passenge * handed the Press a statement from u fellow-passenger, Dr. George Bresin, to the effect that he was being deported to Germany from Ellis Island, locked in a cabin. Dr. Bresin, who had been an antiNazi worker, fears death by torture from + he Nazis. He says he is in possession of information regarding Nazi activities in Ethiopia affecting vital interests of the British Government. He claims he was born in France, his mother being British. His family is living in England. He hopes the French authorities will intervene when the ship calls at Havre on Friday.
