CONVENT EUCHRE.
The weekly euchre party in aid of St. Brig id's Convent school was held last night, when there was quite a good attendance and sonic close scoring recorded.
Mrs 11. Etz won the ladies' prize with Mrs Curtin second and Mrs J. Fjinu third, while there were five on terms for the men’s prizes (Messrs Groves, O. Lett, Hurst, A. Cos ford and C. Pearcey) ; a out saw the following placements:. Messrs. Groves 1, Hurst 2 and C l . Lett 3.
