ECHO OF STAVISKY FRAUDS. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. PARIS, January 29. The Stavisk trial jurymen have jointly written to President Lebrun declaring that Stavisky could never have carried out long his successful series of fruads without the negligence and complicity of certain public servants *Tn our opinion some of the guilty have not yet been called to account, whil<* others have been unjustly punished either by detention or administrative action. Therefore we demand further action against ‘the real culprits’ and a review of the administrative' action taken against various official-?. We also recommend a. far irncrrc stringent State control of all those holding or handling the public savings.”
