The Times’ Munich correspondent says in order favourably to impress foreigners who will visit Bavaria Tor the Olympic Games, the authorities are supressing all visible sign* of anti-Jewish propaganda. including printed notices. “Jews Unwanted Here,” which every Upper Bavarian village displayed. These are now being removed, also : imilar notices in Munich restaurants. Nevertheless the disappearance of anti-Jewish, placards in nowise implies an improvement of the Jews’ lot. On the contrary, the process of forcing Jews out of business is going on uninterruptedly.
