Obituary.—-Sir James Mill, who wa.s given his baronetcy ot the "United Kingdom, was a pioneer in the wool trad© and one of the biggest buyers in Australia and New Zealand. He operated before the era of the public auctions and lie and the late Lord Bcurnby once bought nearly the whole of the New Zealand clip. His surviving son • Albert inherits the title.
