APPRECIATION OF SERVICES. After the Town Clerk had reported at Monday night's meeting, the progress made in connection with the Pahiatua Borough Loan Conversion schemes. His Worship the Mayor moved: “That it be recorded in the minutes, this Council’s appreciation of the work carried out by our Town Clerk, Mr L. D. Lovelo' k, especially in connection with the Council’s Loan Conversion Schemes, and that the Council appreciates the work done by Mr Lovelock during tlio time he has been Town Clerk of Pahiatua.' ’
The motion wa s seconded by Cr, W. H. Murch and carried.
