KAKARIKI TRAGEDY.
FUNERALS OF VICTIMS. Electric Telegraph—Press Association FEILDING. December 29. The funerals of the victims of the tragedy at the Kakariki bridge on Boxing Day, Frances Mary Mason and Mary Molly Oamplin, were held at Waituna West yesterday. The pall-bearers were relatives of the victims. Children of the Sunday School which the victims attended carried a large number of wreaths received by the parents. The service at the graveside was conducted by the Rev. M. Bayliss, of Halcombe.
