STRUCK BY BULLET.
YOUNG GIRD INJURED. Electric Telegraph—Press Association INVERCARGILL, December 29. Muriel Campbell, aged 13, of Edendale, was admitted to hospital to-day with a wound in the back. She was sitting on a window sill at her aunt’s place, Ryal Bush, where a cousin was shooting birds, and in some way not yet known she was struck by a bullet. An operation was performed, and her condition shows improvement.
