TEETOTAL HITLER.
MEN BEING AVINE 600 MILES. Apparently unaware that- Herr Hitler is a teetotaller. two young men arrived in Beilin, dressed in the costume of Baden peasants, after walking 600 miles and trundling two casks of wine to give to the German Chancellor, symbolising the “first harvest of the third Reich.”
The Berlin correspondent of the Daily Telegraph says that the casks were inscribed: “March of thanksgiving and loyalty to our leader ”
The journey to Berlin occupied six weeks. Herr Hitler has not yet rewarded them with an audience. Besides being a total abstainer, Hear Hitler is a non-smoker, and he never eats meat.
