FRENCH DISASTER.
DAY OF MOURNING THE FLOOD VICTIMS. United Press Assn —By Electric Telegraph—Copyr i gh t. PARIS, March 10. A day of mourning was held throuhgout France for the xood victime. Flags were flown at half-mast members of the Government cancelled public engagements and social ceremonies were postponed. It is estimated the damage will reach £12,000,000. Despite the magnitude of the disaster, it is expected the national fund and Government grants will be sufficient to repair the damage. Between Montauban and Mosaac, many people are still marooned on the house-tops.
