SERIOUS CHARGE
AGAINST MEDICAL MAN. Electric Telegraph—Press Association WELLINGTON, This Day. An action is proceeding in the Supreme. Court before Mr Reed, in which the Medical Council seeks to have Dr. Jacobson, Wellington, struck off the register of medical practitioners on the ground of infamous conduct. The allegation was made that Jacobson gave a child-bearing woman tlic name and address of Mrs Nevill and represented that she was prepared to produce an abortion.
