THEATRE DESTROYED
ANOTHER FIRE AT WAIROA. Electric Telegraph—Press Association WAIROA, This Day. Everybody’s Theatre, a large wooden building on the North Clyde side of the town, was burned to tlie ground early this morning. The theatre was used for pictures and dance-ball by E. Munro. A card tournament was held last night, but everything appeared safe when the caretaker locked up shortly after midnight. The fire had a good hold, and the building was doomed when the brigade arrived. Nothing was saved. Fortunately there was no wind, otherwise a large block of buildings would have gone. The building was owned by Maloneys estate, and the insurances are Unavailable.
