A BIG ATTRACTION.

Apart from the exceptional interest the cinematograph will occasion in the filming of the principal events in connection with the Pahiatua A. and P. Show- on Friday next, and which is set down to traverse the screen at the King’s Theatre exactly five hours after the actual occurrence, the management will add a programme of distinct novelties for the benefit of its many putfons. The star turn of the evening will be that of the “Two Kranks.” a clever vaudeville act from the principal theatres on til® John Fuller circuit. These artistes (lady and gentleman) will pre.sen' on this occas'on their own original sketch. “Fun on a Farm,” the lK)t pourri of which lias, the merit of being quite out of the ordinary. The scenic effects, too, are realistic. The act is cleverly interspersed wdjh an abundance of wiity cross talk, trick cycling, and catchy songs. The “Two Kranks” are stated to have dug something out of the box of sensationalism that makes one grip the chair in amazement. The progranime will ilso include one of the biggest film features ever imported into New Zealand entitled “The .Tockev of Death,” a powerful gripping drama of cirrus life.
