The annual subscription was fixed at 5s for gentlemen and 2s lid for ladies. M. Haslett ; assistant stage manager, Mr I). F. Skinner; property master, Mr Morris; auditors, Messrs Harding and Caselherg. The above officers form tho committee that will manage the Club. It was decided to produce a comedy as I The M.' .-miJ (dosed With a vote of thanks to tho chair.
