ROUXD TilE-WORLD TOU'C VANCOUVER, September 15. The Canadian Air Board hgs received a notification that Sir Ross Smith contemplates a round-the-world airplane tour, starting from England and going via Egypt, Mesopotamia, China, Japan, and across Behring Sea to Alaska, entering Canada from Wrangel Land, thence to Hazleton and Prince George (in British Columbia), and across Canada to Gape Breton Island. The stages will be each about 400 miles. .Sir Ross Smith will use a special type of machine which is equally good for landing on land or water.
