BRITAIN AND AMERICA
LONDON, July 10.
The United States Ambassador (Dr Page) has announced that Great Britain and the United States have. practically concluded an arbitration treaty establishing a commission whereto all disputes shall be referred. American advices state that the approval of the British dominions is now awaited.
