WASHINGTON, August 18. Sulzer continues to exercise his executive functions. Mr Lawson has offered to finance Sulzer’s fight provided a committee is allowed to manage the State departments, which are drifting into chaos. NEW YORK, August 21.
Official recognition has been accorded Lieutenant-governor Glynn as Governor of New York State.
Sulzer still clings to the executive offices, so temporary offices have been provided for the new Governor.
