REDUCTION OF ARMAMENTS
LONDON, October 15. The Daily Chronicle's Vienna correspondent reports that, negotiations are proceeding between Germany and Great Britain with a view to finding a modus vivendi for reducing armaments. Germany took the lead and approached Great Britain in the spring. Herr von Bethman Hollweg does not expect that the Reichstag will increase the naval outlay.
