TROUBLE IN ALBANIA
CONSTANTINOPLE, April 19. 'Shevket Pasha, whc is in command in Albania, has determined to disarm -10,000 armed Albanians, who were hastily preparing , to blockade the Kishan Paiss, desh'oy the railway, and hem in the Turkish troops.
