LONDON, April 23. The profit nade by the Shaw, Savill, and Albion Company for the past year was £35,135. A dividend of 5 per cent, uis been declared, and £1827 has been carried forward. The loss of the Maori absorbed the insurance fund, and £25,000 has now been added to it. Messrs Harland and Wolff will deliver the s.s. Pakeha in September. The National Mortgage and Agency Company, agents for the Shaw, Sav'll, and Albion Company, has received cable advice thait there is no foundation for the statement published in EaJrplay that the Morgan Combine is negotiating for the acquisition of the Shavv-Savill fleet.
