BRITISH MINING DISPUTE
LONDON, January 11. Lord Mac Donnell, as arbitrator, has reduced the wages of the Durham miners by 6ir per cent. The owners claimed a. reduction of 10 per cent. A mass, meeting of the Northumberland miners at Seghill unanimously favoured a general stoppage of work.
