THE KING AND THE KAISER
LONDON, June 27.
The King having acce-pted tho honorary position of Admiral of the German navy, the Kaiser last night signalled an order to the fleet at Kiel to hoist the British flag to the masthead and salute it with 21 guns, which was done.
The following is the King's message to the Kaiser, which the latter at once signalled to the fleet at Kiel : — " Deeply touched at your kind thought, and proud to be the Admiral of your fleet."
