CHINESE AFFAIRS.
LONDON, June 27
In the House of Commons Lord Cranborne announced that Russia having declined to press certain conditions upon China in reference to the occupation of Tientsin, Sir E. M. Satow had^been instructed to endeavour to obtain a modification of some of them.
BRUSSELS, June 27.
Belgian missionary advices state that 50,000 armed Boxers are 150 miles to the south-east of Paotiug-fu. A Belgian priest was murdered at Weihsin, in the Shantung Province.
