Mr E. J Bryant reports having sold allotments 32, 3J, 34, 35, aud 3G, Shiel Hill, containing one acre and a-quarter, with buildings and improvements, for £450. to Mr A. Bell. Mr K. P. Burbury will sell on Wednesday, ISth December, the freehold farm of t';e late Mr Jt'auliu. The farm is situated at Ngapara, and contains 1000 acres. The Clutha Farmers' Co-operative Association (Limited) will sell at Balclutha, on Friday, November 29, Mr Alexander Robertson's farm, containing about 145 acres of agricultural land. Mr Neville Sievwright, estate ngent, leports the sale of section 31, Fi'zroy estate, fioutiug Helena Btreet, South Dunedin, together with fiveroomed dwelling thereon, to a purchaser at £173.
