Messrs Howdex and Walton report having seld part of section 71, block XX, George street, City of Dunedin, together with the two brick shops thereon, occupied by Messrs' W. R. Frost (photographer) and Hendry and Sons (tailors), Mr Daniel Haynes, of this city, being the purchaser for the sum of .£2620. The section has a frontage to George street of 31ft, with half interest in a right-of-way, the price obtained being equal to about £80 per foot of frontage.
