Messrs Wright, Stephenson, and Co. report the sale, at a satisfactory figure, of lots 30 and 31 on Popotunoa estate (the property of the late Mr Jamea Logan's executors), the purchaser being Mj
Samuel Hagan, of Clinton. These lots consist of sections 40, 41, 43, and 43, block IX, Pomahaka, containing 281 aOr Bp, and their sale completes the disposal of the Popotunoa estate.
