Poultry. — Cocks : Well-grown, 3s to 3s 6d ; hens, 2s to 23 3d. Ducks, 4s Id to is'Jid. Geese, none. Turkeys : Cocks, 6d ; hens, sd. Sheepskins.— Slaughtered crossbreds, sdtosJd; do merino, 4d to 4Jd ; fallen merino, 3d to 4d ; do crossbred, 4d to sd. Fruit.— Tahiti oranges, 6s to 7s ; Sydney do, 3s 6d to 4s. Fines, 12s. Lemons, 6s to 10s. Apples : Local, 4s 6d to 5s 6d. Pears : Cooking, 6s to 8s ; eating, 10s to 14s. We have just purchased another entire stock of drapery at a ridiculously low figure, and would advise our friends to peruse the advertisement of same in this week's Witness.
