The tenderer of the Highest Annual Rental per acre will be declared the lessee. Tenders to be addressed to the Commissioner of Crown Lands, Dunedin, marked on cover, " Tender for Seotion , Block — , District," and to be accompanied by a deposit of a half year's rent at rate tendered, and 30s lease and registration fees, also statutory declaration under seotion 143 of " The Land Act 1885."
