Cookaon'a Corno, by Brigade— Pair HneJ Mr O. Dodge's (ns) Hector, by Geelong Comet— Flo, beat Mr I. Johnstone's Lily, by Leo— Patch. Mi* J. M'Donald's Magnolia, by Hamlet— Gipsy, beat Mesfers M'Auly Bros.' Mermaid, by Totara — Sunbeam.
Mr J M'Donald's Azalea, by Totara-Gyp, beat Mr J A. Duthie's Jack the Lad, by Almond Water— Misj Hut'ton.
Mr A. Thomson's Duchoss of ConnaUßht, by Balmoral—La Belle, beat Mr J. Hunan's Reigning Star, by Geeiong Comet— Queen Death. Messrs M'Auly Bros.' Jeannette, by Totara—Sunbeam, beat Mr E. C.okson's Courtship, by Yaldhurat — Honej moon. Mr A. Johnstone's (ns) Briton Still, by Briton Yet— Stella, beat Mr A. Smythe's Miss Nelly, by First King —Black-eyed Susan. The final result was that the Cup was won by Mr J. M'Donald's Magnolia, with Duohess of Connaught runner-up.
