ENGAGEMENT PARTY
FUNCTION AT OAONUI
Mr. and Mrs. L. A. Bos worth entertained a number of friends on Thursday eveifing to celebrate the engagement of their daughter Betty to Mr. Leslie Pauling.
The evening took the form of a musical entertainment, items being rendered by Mrs. Hawkes, Mr. and Mrs. Pentelow, Mx Uosworth and Mr. Pauling. Com-
munity singing was led by Mr and Mrs. Leatherbarnnv, Mr Hawkes. and Miss Mitchell.
After supper the usual musien toasts were honoured and the ev ening closed with the singing o "Auld Lang Syne."
