QUISLING AUTHORITY
COMPULSORY LABOUR. SERVICE IN SPRING (News by Cable.) OSLO, Oct. 2. It is officially announced that compulsory labour service is being introduced in Norway next spring. The decree formally gives the Quisling governing council all the authority previously held by King Haakon and the-Parliament of Norway.
