WHEN TO LEAVE.
A golden rule for every woman whose affairs lead her to a man's office is invariably to be the first to rise when the business discussion- is over, yery few persons really know "when to get out"; and this common and grevious fault plays havoc with a business man's time, the habit of overstaying one's time is not confined to women ; and men, who are used to business methods, and should not fall into this particu-; lar error, are frequently;" offenders. The time to leave a man's office is the minute you have stated your errand as concisely as possible, and when he has given you his answer, always be .the first to realise that the interview is over and do not wait for a warning in the polite form of the picking" up of a paper pen or pencil.
