AUCKLAND SESSIONS

Auckland, November 22

At the Supreme Court to-day Wm. Smith, iound guilty of stealing a watch, was sentenced to two years' imprisonment. Two residents ot Waihi, Thos. Barraclough and Henry McQuane, were charged with committing perjury at the Magistrate's Court, Paeroa, on September 26th. The jury returned a verdict of guilty,' and both accussed were remanded till to-morrow morning.
