Final Of Talent Quest
Twenty-seven of Dunedin's best performers competed in the final of the radio and stage talent quest before a capacity house in the St. James Theatre last night. Proof of the quest’s popularity with the public was the fact that more than 100 were unable to gain admittance to the theatre. Those who were able to procure a seat took an appreciative though critical interest in the performances. The votes cast by the audience last night will be counted today, and the re*ult announced at the concert to be held at the theatre next week.
