GARDEN CIRCLE
The first birthday of the South Hill Women’s Institute Garden Circle was held recently, when Mrs Guthrie gave a demonstration of floral decorations. Mrs Young won the cup for the month fot most points in cut flowers. Mrs G. Webb president of the federation, cut the cake and wished , the circle every success in the future.
