ARRESTS IN ITALY
NZPA—Copyright Rec. 9 p.m. LONDON, Dec. 25. The Rome correspondent of the Associated Press says the Milan police said today that seven Italians had been arrested on a charge of military espionage for an Eastern European nation. It was alleged that one of the accused, who was a former major, had sent photographs of Italian fortifications near the Austrian and Yugoslav borders to ‘‘a person of a consular corps in Rome.”
